About these terms
These Terms of Service govern use of the Fanoni Lab website, electronic health record platform, and related services operated by FANONI LLC (“Fanoni,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). FANONI LLC is located at 2513 Chalmers Rd, Red Oak, Texas 75154, United States.
Healthcare services and emergencies
Fanoni provides healthcare technology to clinics and their patients. Your clinic—not Fanoni—provides medical care and makes clinical decisions. Fanoni messages and software do not replace professional medical advice. Do not use the website, portal, email, or SMS for an emergency; call 911 or your local emergency service.
SMS Messaging Program
When a patient separately opts in, Fanoni may send recurring automated appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and no-show recovery messages on behalf of the patient’s clinic. Messages are generic and do not include diagnoses, prescriptions, medications, test results, or other sensitive clinical details.
Consent, frequency, and charges
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving care. Message frequency varies and will not exceed four messages per month unless you separately agree to another program. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time.
STOP, START, and HELP
Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. After STOP, you may receive one confirmation and no further program messages unless you opt in again or reply START. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact your clinic, email privacy@fanoni.ai, or call +1 469-316-7000. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Appointment changes and message timing
Appointment messages are informational. To confirm, cancel, or reschedule, use the secure patient portal or contact your clinic directly. A reply does not guarantee that an appointment was changed. Fanoni rechecks appointment status immediately before sending, but network or carrier delays can still occur.
Privacy and data use
Fanoni uses your phone number, consent record, message status, and opt-out status to provide and secure the messaging program. We may share this limited information with our messaging providers, telecommunications carriers, and your clinic only as needed to deliver messages, process opt-outs, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Fanoni does not sell SMS consent or phone-number data.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Fanoni services, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or a clinic’s policies. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect patients, clinics, Fanoni, or the public.

We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current version.
