Our story
Getting care shouldn’t be a second job
Families spend hours on hold, miss treatments they never heard about, and carry the worry alone. We started Fanoni so that nobody has to.
We built the software first: an electronic health record, a treatment and trial search that covers 2,416 conditions in 257 countries, and tools that keep every call and visit on the record. Then we put people behind it. Today Fanoni navigators use that technology to do the practical work of care for you, so you can focus on getting better and being with the people you love.

Is Fanoni free for patients?
Searching trials and treatments is free and needs no account. Any navigation support is explained and agreed with you before it starts.
Does Fanoni replace my doctor?
No. Fanoni is not a hospital and does not give medical advice. Your doctors make medical decisions, and study teams decide who can join a trial. We help you find options, prepare and keep everything on track.
Can you help if care is in another country?
Yes. You can look at options near you or abroad, and a navigator can help with hospitals, appointments and practical plans. Providers confirm services; confirm treatment, insurance and travel costs before making plans.
Can my clinic, program or study work with Fanoni?
Yes. Care programs, research sites and clinics can give their patients a Fanoni navigator through a 90-day pilot with a flat monthly fee per patient. See Care Navigation Programs.
How do you protect my information?
Start without sending medical records, and share only what you choose. When we work with a clinic or program, a business associate agreement is signed before any patient information is shared.
Does Fanoni take payments for referrals?
No. Fanoni does not accept payments for sending patients to a doctor, hospital or study.
What can Fanoni help me do?
Fanoni helps patients and families explore specialists, hospitals, treatment options and clinical trials locally and internationally, with practical support for appointments, communication and follow-up.
