Fanoni EHR

Your practice day. All in view.

Start with today’s visits, open the patient chart, and follow the work through notes, orders, tasks, and billing. Fanoni EHR gives your clinical and administrative teams a shared place to work.

The handoff is where context gets lost

01

Care lives in the chart

Patient history, visits, orders, medications, labs, documents, and care plans need to remain usable during the next task.

02

Operations live in queues

Scheduling, inbox, tasks, faxes, referrals, contact-center work, telehealth, and outreach all depend on shared context.

03

Revenue follows the care

Eligibility, insurance, authorizations, claims, denials, and payments should not require the team to reconstruct the clinical story.

The clinical core

One workspace for the next patient and the next handoff.

The Fanoni EHR dashboard brings the day into view: visits, notes that need a signature, open tasks, new results, inbox work, and direct paths into common actions.

Patient care

Work from the patient chart through visits, orders, medications, labs, documents, and care plans.

Daily operations

Coordinate schedule, inbox, tasks, faxes, referrals, telehealth, contact-center work, and outreach.

Revenue cycle

Connect eligibility, insurance, authorizations, billing, claims, denials, and payment work to the record.

Governed assistance

Use supported AI workflows with source visibility, review, and human sign-off where required.

How it works

A clear path from intake to the next action.

  1. 1

    Start with the patient

Keep the chart, encounter, orders, medications, results, and documents together.

  2. 2

    Move the work forward

Turn the next action into a schedule item, message, task, referral, fax, or outreach step.

  3. 3

    Carry context downstream

Bring clinical evidence into authorization, billing, and other revenue-cycle workflows.

  4. 4

    Review before completion

Keep source viewing, role controls, and required human decisions visible in supported workflows.

Questions, answered plainly

What teams ask before a workflow review.

Is Fanoni only an electronic health record?

Fanoni EHR is the clinical core, with product surfaces for patient care, practice operations, communications, and revenue-cycle work. The broader Fanoni product family also includes separate linked growth and marketing products.

Does Fanoni include CRM and marketing inside the EHR?

No. Growth CRM and Marketing/GoContent are separate products. They can be linked from the Fanoni experience when the clinic has the required entitlement, but they are not native EHR screens.

How does a clinic evaluate migration and integrations?

Fanoni starts with the clinic’s current data, identity, scheduling, lab, pharmacy, imaging, payer, communications, and payment requirements, then defines a scoped implementation plan. Migration is not presented as automatic or effortless.

Is every Fanoni workflow at the same production stage?

No. Fanoni distinguishes built, deployed, verified, pilot or gated, and planned capabilities. A demo and implementation review confirm the status of the exact workflows a clinic needs.
