    Your name, your clinic, an email, and a password. We send a verification code to that email; enter it and the workspace is yours. No card is needed to create a workspace.

    Set up and invite your team

    Guided onboarding walks you through providers, schedules, and note templates in an isolated training workspace, so test data never touches your production charts. Add clinicians and staff from settings; each gets their own login.

    Choose your plan when you are ready

    Stay on Free as long as you like. When you need more providers, more scribe encounters, or fax, e-prescribing, and prior auth, pick Start, Practice, or Intelligence from your subscription page. Upgrades apply immediately.
