Clearinghouse: claims submission is billed at 2.5% of the claim amount; 200 eligibility checks a month are included, then $0.25 each; ERA, claim status, and acknowledgements are free. Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free is the same product as Start with a smaller box: one provider, two staff seats, and 25 AI scribe encounters a month. No card is needed, nothing expires, and your records come with you when you upgrade.

What counts as a provider seat and what counts as a staff seat?

A provider seat is for anyone who charts and signs: physicians, NPs, PAs, and other licensed clinicians. A staff seat, $15 a month on every plan, is for everyone else who needs a login, such as front desk, billers, MAs, and care coordinators. You add and remove seats from your subscription page and are billed for what is active.

Can I switch plans or cancel?

Yes. Upgrades apply right away with a prorated charge for the rest of the period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the next billing date. If you cancel, you lose access at the end of the period, and your clinical data is never deleted; you can export it in FHIR R4.

Is there a trial period?

New workspaces can start with a trial period before the first charge. The trial length is confirmed when you register, and everything you set up carries over to your paid plan.

Is the AI scribe included?

Yes, on every plan: 600 encounters per provider per month, then $0.05 a minute of conversation. It drafts the note from the visit; the clinician reviews and signs.

What does annual billing change?

Annual billing takes 30% off the provider-seat price and is charged once a year. Staff seats stay $15 a month whether you pay monthly or annually. Add-ons and usage above the included allowances are always billed monthly.

What happens if I go over an included allowance?

You keep working. Overages are billed at the end of the month at the listed rate: $0.04 per fax page, $0.02 per SMS segment, $0.05 per minute of ambient documentation, and $0.25 per eligibility check beyond 200. You can see usage against each allowance on your subscription page.

Are all workflows available in every setup?

Most are available the day you sign up. Some depend on connections outside Fanoni, such as e-prescribing enrollment, a lab interface, a PACS, or a payer connection, and are turned on during onboarding. Nothing on this page is priced differently because of that; it can just take a little longer to go live.

Do you sign a business associate agreement?

Yes. A BAA is part of every subscription agreement. Security and compliance documentation is available on request ahead of signing.
