Connect With Fanoni
Alongside Your Community
Turn questions into clearer next steps.
Your community may be looking for specialist care, a second opinion or information about clinical trials. Fanoni brings public research information and practical navigation questions into one conversation, locally or internationally.
We invite patient organizations to discuss how that support could fit the people they serve. Start with your community’s needs and define a manageable first step together.
Your community knows the questions. Let’s work on the next steps.
Patient-Led Priorities
A Clear Role for Everyone
Ways to Work Together
Information people can use. Support they can understand.
Practical Patient Education
Point members to questions and checklists for clinician conversations, second opinions, appointments and follow-up. Discuss additional material around the concerns your community raises.
Clinical Trial Information
Explore source-linked public study information in Fanoni Care. Help members prepare questions for their clinicians and research teams. A published study listing does not establish suitability, eligibility or enrollment.
A Defined Navigation Workflow
Discuss administrative help with clinic calls, appointment requests, reminders, rescheduling and follow-up. Agree which support is available, who owns each step and how members choose to participate.
Start small. Make every handoff clear.
Tell us about your organization, the community you support and the practical barriers you see. Together, we can discuss a proposed workflow with clear responsibilities, permissions and any fees before work begins.
Start with general information about your organization. Do not email patient names, health records or member lists.

Questions Before Your Next Step
Who can discuss a collaboration?
Patient advocacy groups, charities, support networks and community organizations can begin with a general inquiry about the people they serve and the support they are seeking. An inquiry starts a conversation; it does not establish a partnership.
What could a collaboration include?
Discuss practical education, public trial information and a defined administrative navigation workflow. Agree service availability, responsibilities, contact permissions and any fees before work begins. This page does not offer a ready-made registry, embedded search integration or managed access program.
Can members look for care locally or abroad?
Fanoni’s care-navigation story includes local and international options. Available provider information and coordination support are limited and must be checked for each request. Providers confirm whether they can accept a patient; treating clinicians advise on care and travel suitability.
Does Fanoni decide who can join a clinical trial?
No. Public study information helps prepare a discussion. Treating clinicians review clinical suitability; the research team decides eligibility through formal screening and manages consent and enrollment.
How would members access coordination support?
First agree the workflow with your organization and the Fanoni team. Each person’s participation, contact permissions and available support must be confirmed. Appointment requests need provider confirmation. There is no automatic booking or enrollment through this website.
What should we share in the first inquiry?
Your organization’s name, public website, general community focus and the support you want to discuss are enough to begin. Keep patient names, health records and member lists out of the inquiry. Any later sharing needs an approved channel and appropriate permissions.
What can a patient organization discuss with Fanoni?
Start with the questions your community needs help understanding. Discuss education and a practical handoff process without sending member lists or patient records. A collaboration needs a separate agreement.
